About Donco Construction
- Don York | Founder and Owner
- Don York is a Master Carpenter and current member of the Carpenter’s Union Local 978. He left Dixon, Missouri in 1969 and worked in St. Louis as a Master Carpenter and Foreman for 18 years for St. Louis contractors. Don founded Donco Construction in 1987. Don supervises and makes decisions on the overall operations of Donco.
- Aaron York | General Superintendent
- Aaron York (Don and Beverly's son) is a current member of the Carpenter’s Union, Local 978. He is an ACI Certified finisher and is also OSHA 10 certified. Aaron is responsible for quality control for all Donco projects and supervises Donco foreman and field personnel. Aaron (Don’s son) grew up in the concrete business and has been mentored by Don since he was a boy. Aaron is also the driver for the York Racing team founded by Aaron and Don in 2002.
- Beverly York | Office Manager
- Beverly York (Don's wife) is the Office Manager and manages office personnel as well as the product inventory and distribution. She is the liaison between the foreman and the delivery personnel. Beverly also performs key roles in Project Management for Donco.
- Alisha York | Manager of Special Projects and Administration
- Alisha York-DeSha (Don and Beverly's daughter) is responsible for a range of duties at Donco. She manages human resources, insurance, advertising and assists with billing by reviewing and processing change orders. Alisha also serves as the legal liaison for Donco with local counsel. Alisha spent twelve years at ALLTEL Communications, Inc. prior to coming to Donco in 2006 with emphasis in contract and account management.
- Jimmy Sherrell | Estimator
- Jimmy Sherrell is a current member of the Carpenter’s Union, Local 978. Jimmy has been a longtime employee of Donco and estimates all of the projects we bid on. Jimmy spent years in the field as a foreman and brings his knowledge and expertise from the field to the estimating department.
- Dave Reid | Equipment and Delivery Supervisor
- Dave Reid is a member of the Laborer's Union Local 663. Dave supervises the equipment distribution, maintenance and repair of Donco's equipment and inventory. Dave is responsible for job mobilization and coordination. Dave is a CDL licensed driver and OSHA 10 Certified.
